m1 Junction 28 take a38 to Derby, at 2nd roundabout - Markeaton Roundabout - take a52 to Ashbourne, first roundabout right, hotel approx half mile on right.

From Road South:
M1 Junction 24 take A50 to Stoke on Trent, first roundabout straight across, approx half mile slip road for A515 to Ashbourne. At first roundabout right A52 to Derby next turn left, hotel is approx half mile on right. M6 Junction 15 Take A50 towards Derby/Uttoxeter. Take A515 as above.
