Liphook Local information |

Liphook is a large village in Hampshire, England. The village grew as a coaching stop from London to Portsmouth during the 17th and 18th centuries. The village also served as a base during the First World War and the Second World War for Canadian troops stationed in Southern England. Nearby is a popular health spa known as Forest Mere but probably better known as Champneys also close by is the Hollycombe Steam Collection – a collection of working steam powered attractions. The main attraction though of Liphook though is the village and its amenities together with the surrounding countryside.
